Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the workforce management team to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee daily forecasting, scheduling, and attendance management.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular team huddles and coaching sessions to enhance agent productivity.
- Collaborate with operations management to resolve resource constraints and staffing gaps.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs Degree holder or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Call Center or BPO environment.
- Proven track record in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
