PERSOL is currently seeking a highly motivated Temp Patient Service Associate to join our dynamic team in the West Region. This is a 6-month contract position that offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced medical environment. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your primary focus will be on managing the registration, admission, and discharge procedures with precision and care. Additionally, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every patient interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy setting and possesses a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care.

- Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to patient and visitor inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify patient information and update medical records using hospital management systems.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to facilitate seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, MS Office Suite, and hospital management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy, high-volume environment.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
