Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee comprehensive maintenance of AV equipment including projectors, screens, sound systems, lighting, and control systems
- Coordinate with event teams and vendors for seamless equipment setup, calibration, and teardown
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and longevity
- Manage inventory of AV parts and supplies, ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Train staff on equipment operation and troubleshooting protocols
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during live events with minimal disruption
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Document maintenance logs and prepare technical reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Technology, Event Management, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AV systems maintenance and event operations
- Technical proficiency with projectors, sound systems, lighting control, and networked AV infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent coordination abilities for managing vendor relationships and event timelines
- Certification in AV technologies (e.g., CTS) highly desirable
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for events
