Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
- Maintain detailed call documentation and CRM records
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT)
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service/call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic software applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Willingness to complete mandatory training programs
